Shipping Process
Our shipping process consists of two main stages: Handling Time and Transit Time.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 4–10 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note these times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
Order Cut-off Time
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT, London) will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Fee
We offer free standard shipping within the UK.
Shipping Method and Tracking
We primarily use Royal Mail and other trusted courier partners for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your package.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or courier delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@ademone.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send an email to support@ademone.com with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and/or items. Our team will assess the situation and provide the best resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item under our Returns & Refund Policy.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@ademone.com. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item within our 30-day return window.
