Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return your item(s).
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Free from stains, odours, or damage caused after delivery.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.
Free Returns
We offer free returns within the UK. To begin your return, contact our support team at support@ademone.com with your order number, and we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as undergarments, earrings, or final-sale items are non-returnable. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@ademone.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may still be returned under this policy.
